We are looking for a dynamic, passionate, and result-oriented Employability Skills Trainer to join our skill development center. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming technical students (ITI, Diploma, and B.Tech graduates) into corporate-ready professionals. You will bridge the gap between classroom learning and industry expectations by imparting essential soft skills, communication proficiency, professional grooming, and modern interview techniques.

​Key Responsibilities

- ​Deliver Training Modules: Conduct interactive training sessions on Employability Skills, covering effective communication, business English, body language, and skilled etiquette.
- ​Corporate Readiness & Soft Skills: Train students in team collaboration, workplace ethics, emotional intelligence, time management, and critical problem-solving.
- ​Interview & Placement Preparation:



Conduct mock interviews, group discussions, resume-building workshops, and aptitude training to ensure high placement success rates.
- ​Assessments & Progress Tracking: Evaluate student performance regularly, provide constructive feedback, and maintain comprehensive training reports.
- ​Interactive Methodology: Utilize modern training techniques, role-plays, case studies, and AI-driven tools to make learning engaging and impactful.
- ​Counseling & Mentoring: Guide students on career pathways, confidence building, and professional goal setting.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
