Job Title: Service Head – Delhi NCR

Location: Delhi NCR Reporting To: Group CEO Experience: 24+ years

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Service Head to lead service operations across Delhi NCR, driving business growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead overall service operations and ensure smooth functioning of all service centres.
- Drive service revenue, profitability, productivity, and workshop utilization.
- Own service P&L;, budgets, targets, and KPIs.




- Improve customer satisfaction, retention, repeat business, and service quality.
- Monitor turnaround time, technician productivity, labour and parts performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, quality, and statutory requirements.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and develop service managers and teams.
- Implement standardized processes and continuously improve operational efficiency.
- Analyse performance reports and take corrective actions to achieve targets.
- Identify new business and revenue opportunities in the Delhi NCR market.
- Work closely with the Group CEO on strategy, expansion, and business improvement initiatives.

Requirements

- 24+ years of relevant experience in service operations, preferably automotive.
- Proven experience managing multiple service centres/large teams.
- Strong P&L;, business development, and operational management skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong customer-centric approach with a track record of delivering results.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹3,500,000.00 - ₹4,500,000.00 per year
