Job Title: UPSC Faculty – History

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable History Faculty to join our UPSC Civil Services preparation team. The ideal candidate should have strong command over Indian History, World History, Art & Culture, and the ability to effectively teach and mentor UPSC aspirants.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver engaging and concept-oriented lectures for UPSC Civil Services Examination preparation.
- Teach Ancient, Medieval, Modern Indian History, World History, and Art & Culture as per the UPSC syllabus.
- Prepare and deliver structured lesson plans, study material, notes, and practice questions.
- Conduct regular tests, discussions, doubt-solving sessions, and performance assessments.
- Stay updated with the latest UPSC syllabus, exam pattern, current trends, and previous year questions.
- Guide students in answer writing, revision strategies, and examination preparation.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.




- Ensure timely completion and effective coverage of the assigned syllabus.

Requirements:

- Graduation/Post-Graduation in History or a related field.
- Prior teaching experience for UPSC Civil Services is preferred.
- Strong command over History and UPSC-oriented preparation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex historical concepts for students.
- Strong understanding of UPSC exam pattern and syllabus.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and student development.

Experience:

2+ years of relevant teaching experience preferred.
