We are looking for a dedicated Site Engineer with 1 to 2 years of experience to oversee our construction projects. You will be the main link between design plans and on-site execution. Your main goal is to ensure the project is completed safely, on time, and according to specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Supervision: Manage daily construction activities and ensure work matches the architectural and structural drawings.
- Setting Out: Use surveying instruments to mark out the site, levels, and structure positions.
- Quality Control: Check materials and workmanship to maintain high construction standards.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce health and safety rules in office to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Reporting:
Maintain daily site logs and update the Project Manager on progress or any technical issues.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer or Site Supervisor.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Skills: Ability to read blueprints, basic knowledge of AutoCAD, and experience with surveying tools.
- Attributes: Strong problem-solving skills, leadership qualities, and good communication.
