Key Responsibilities

- Handle showroom walk-ins, enquiries, and online leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the right Hyundai vehicle.
- Explain vehicle features, variants, pricing, offers, finance, insurance, and exchange options.
- Arrange and conduct test drives.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into bookings.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Maintain strong and long-term customer relationships.
- Ensure a smooth customer journey from enquiry to vehicle delivery.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, exchange, and delivery teams.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

Freshers:

Experienced Candidates:
Candidates with experience in automobile sales, showroom sales, retail sales, banking, insurance, telecom, or other customer-facing sales roles are welcome.
