We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Lab Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of medical laboratory procedures and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and prepare samples for testing (blood, urine, swabs, etc.)
- Perform routine lab tests and report findings accurately
- Maintain lab equipment and ensure cleanliness
- Record and analyze test data using lab software
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols
- Assist in inventory management of lab supplies
Requirements:
- DMLT/BMLT from a recognized institute
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, lab software)
- Good communication skills
