Job Title: Accounts Executive

Location: Koramangala, Bangalore

Job Type: Full-time

On-site Experience: 1 to 3 years

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities

● Maintain accurate accounting records and ledgers

● Handle accounts payable and receivable activities

● Perform bank and basic ledger reconciliations

● Record invoices, receipts, expenses, and payments in accounting systems.

● Assist in preparation of monthly reports and financial summaries

● Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance

● Coordinate with internal teams for billing and payment-related tasks Required

Qualifications & Skills

● Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance

● 1 to 3 years of relevant accounting experience

● Working knowledge of accounting principles





● Experience using accounting software such as Zoho Books or QuickBooks

● Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications

● Attention to detail and good organizational skills

● Basic communication skills in English
