Job Summary

We are looking for a Product Specialist to support product operations, understand customer requirements, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure the successful adoption and performance of our products.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop a strong understanding of the product, features, and functionalities.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product solutions.
- Coordinate with Product, Technology, Sales, and Customer Support teams.
- Assist customers with product-related queries, issues, and troubleshooting.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify product improvements.
- Support product demonstrations, onboarding, and training sessions.
- Monitor product performance, usage, and customer adoption.
- Prepare product documentation, reports, presentations, and process guides.
- Identify product gaps and communicate improvement suggestions to the Product team.
- Track product-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Stay updated on market trends,



competitor products, and industry developments.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid product understanding and problem-solving abilities.
- Good analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
- Good customer-handling and presentation skills.
- Ability to learn new products and technologies quickly.

Qualifications

- Any Graduate / Postgraduate.
- 2–5 years of experience in Product Specialist, Product Support, Product Operations, Customer Success, or a related role.
