Our founder, Deeksha Senguttuvan, spent years working in healthcare and technology, but it was her close interactions with parents that revealed the real gap in paediatric care. Families were either navigating large hospitals with long waits and little personal connection, or relying on scattered, inconsistent care. There had to be a better way.

so in 2024, we began with one clinic and a simple mission: to make paediatric care feel closer, calmer, and kinder.

Today, hoola health is a growing network of neighbourhood clinics offering everything from consultations and vaccinations to developmental assessments and therapy services — all under one roof. We're proud to be open 7 days a week, backed by a team that listens first, treats with heart, and partners with parents every step of the way.

Reports to: Founder

The Role
You will own the Delhi launch end to end, from the first market study to running centres that grow and deliver a great experience. You will work within the playbook and SLAs set by HQ and adapt them to what Delhi families need.

What you’ll own

- Market study: Map demand, competitors, pricing, catchments and partner opportunities. Recommend where to open and why.
- Go-to-market:



Build and run the Delhi GTM plan, including local marketing, doctor and community partnerships, and patient acquisition, tailored to local needs.
- Team setup: Hire and onboard the initial city team (clinic managers, front desk, nursing and support staff) and work with HQ on hiring doctors.
- Care delivery: Launch centres on time and run day-to-day operations to HQ’s clinical and service SLAs.
- Revenue growth: Own centre P&Ls; and scale footfall, revenue and repeat visits against targets.
- Experience: Own patient and parent experience across centres: feedback, service quality, and quick resolution of issues.
- Transition: Handover the city to a local GM with the team, processes and numbers in place. Identify and launch the next market.

What we’re looking for

- 4-6 years of experience, including at least 2–3 years launching or scaling a new city or business unit
- A background in healthcare delivery, consumer services or retail expansion. Pediatric or clinic experience is a robust plus.
- Comfortable owning a P&L;, with a track record of hitting growth targets
- A builder who has hired teams from scratch and works well both on the ground and with HQ
- A strong network in Delhi NCR is a plus
