We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern who wants to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources within a fast-paced IT environment.

About the Role

As an HR Intern, you will work closely with the HR and technical teams to support recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who is interested in IT recruitment and wants to understand how HR functions within a technology organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in IT recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate technical and HR interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and next steps.
- Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
- Assist with onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
- Coordinate with technical teams to understand hiring requirements and skill expectations.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, team activities, and internal events.
- Maintain HR documentation, attendance, leave records, and employee information.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining recruitment metrics.
- Support the HR team in developing a positive employee experience.
- Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information.
- Take up other HR and recruitment responsibilities as assigned.





What We’re Looking For

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR and IT recruitment.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable communicating with candidates and employees.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and interview processes.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and MS Office.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Good to Have

- Basic understanding of technical roles such as Software Developer, Frontend Developer, Backend Developer, QA Engineer, UI/UX Designer, DevOps Engineer, etc.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals.
- Basic knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or recruitment tools.
- Previous internship or project experience in recruitment/HR.
