We are a growing business support and outsourcing services company looking for a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with small business owners, entrepreneurs, and professionals across the US, UK, and Canada. You will introduce our professional support solutions, understand prospects' business challenges, and demonstrate how our services can help them save time, reduce operational costs, and improve productivity.

The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, comfortable with outbound prospecting, and motivated by achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound cold calls to B2B prospects in the US, UK, and Canada.
- Introduce our business support and outsourcing services.
- Identify prospects’ needs, handle objections, and qualify leads.




- Schedule qualified appointments and follow up with prospects.
- Update lead and call information in the CRM.
- Achieve assigned calling and appointment targets.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or telemarketing.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Confident and professional telephone communication skills.
- Experience with US, UK, or Canadian clients is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM and VoIP tools such as Zoho, HubSpot, or RingCentral.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working remotely.
- Reliable internet connection, laptop/desktop, and headset.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
