- Guest Relations: Greet and seat guests, take precise food and drink orders, recommend menu specials, and resolve any customer complaints quickly.
- Floor Supervision: Oversee an assigned section or station, check table settings and cleanliness before service, and coordinate timing with the kitchen and bar.
- Team Leadership: Conduct pre-shift team briefings, train recent servers, assign side-work tasks, and monitor staff grooming standards.
- Administrative Duties: Manage reservations or seating flows, process bills and payments, track inventory levels, and write end-of-shift reports.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
