We are looking for a Travel Desk Executive with experience in the travel industry who can handle client enquiries, holiday packages, flight bookings and visa-related requirements. - Operations and Sales Executive to join our team at our premium office in Hinjawadi Phase 2 (Opp. Wipro building).

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and email.

Understand client travel requirements and prepare suitable holiday packages.

Prepare and share itineraries and quotations with clients.

Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, transport providers and other travel partners.

Handle domestic and international holiday packages.

Coordinate flight ticket enquiries and bookings.

Handle visa-related enquiries and documentation coordination.

Follow up with clients for quotations, bookings and payments.

Maintain enquiry records and regular follow-ups.

Coordinate with the operations team for confirmed bookings.

Provide good customer service before, during and after the trip.

Required Skills





13 years of experience in the travel industry preferred.

Positive knowledge of domestic & international holiday packages.

Basic knowledge of air ticketing / flight bookings.

Knowledge of visa processes and documentation.

Good knowledge of hotels, destinations and sightseeing.

Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi.

Good WhatsApp, email and computer skills.

Ability to coordinate with DMCs and suppliers.

Good follow-up and negotiation skills.

Customer-oriented and willing to learn.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates from travel agencies, DMCs, tour operators or travel companies with practical knowledge of holiday packages, ticketing and visa coordination will be preferred.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
