We are looking for an IT Hardware Manager to manage IT hardware infrastructure, procurement, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and asset management across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, networking devices, and other IT hardware.
- Handle hardware procurement, vendors, AMC, and asset lifecycle management.
- Troubleshoot hardware, network, and peripheral issues.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and audit records.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for upgrades and support.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in IT Hardware, Desktop Support, or Infrastructure Management.
- Robust knowledge of hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Experience in IT Asset and Vendor Management.
- Ability to support users across multiple locations.
- Fluent in English and Marathi.

Good to Have

- Experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure.
- Knowledge of networking devices, firewalls, CCTV, and server hardware.
