Sales Executive – Real Estate Channel Partner

About the Prospect

We are looking for self-driven Real Estate Sales Executives / Channel Partner Sales Professionals in Bangalore to associate with our real estate projects on a commission-sharing basis.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and market assigned real estate projects.

- Generate qualified customer leads and arrange site visits.

- Explain project specifications, pricing, amenities and investment benefits to customers.

- Coordinate with the sales team for site visits, negotiations and booking processes.

- Follow up with prospects until closure.

- Achieve maximum bookings and revenue through effective sales activities.

- Maintain professional relationships with clients and Developers.

Commission Sharing:

- Attractive commission-sharing structure.





- Commission paid based on successful booking/closure and company payment terms.

- Higher sales performance = Higher earning potential.

- No fixed monthly salary or salary cap.

Required Skills

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Good knowledge of Bangalore real estate.

- Lead generation and customer handling ability.

- Strong follow-up and closing skills.

- Existing Developer network is an advantage.

- Self-motivated and target-oriented.

- Professional attitude and strong relationship-building skills.
