Production Planning & Controller (PPC)

*Company:* Deor Metal Industries Pvt. Ltd.

We are looking for an experienced *Production Planning & Control (PPC)* to manage production planning, material coordination, and production scheduling for our manufacturing unit having 100 Employees. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in sheet metal components, die-cast components, and assembly operations, with the ability to ensure timely production and efficient resource utilization.

Responsibilities

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders.

* Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.

* Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Dispatch teams.

* Ensure the availability of raw materials and components for uninterrupted production.

* Monitor Work-in-Progress (WIP)



and maintain optimum inventory levels.

* Track production targets, machine utilization, and delivery schedules.

* Prepare production MIS reports and analyze production performance.

Qualification

* Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.

* 10–15 years of experience in a manufacturing company, preferably in the hardware or engineering industry.

*Preferred Industry:* Hardware Manufacturing, Architectural Hardware, Sheet Metal, Die Casting, Engineering Components.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
