About the Role:

We are looking for a Production and Quality Engineer to ensure the quality of incoming parts,

in-process quality, FG quality, and timely FG delivery. Experience in electronics manufacturing,

EMS, PCBA, box-building or similar manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

● Ensure the quality of incoming materials as per specifications, drawings, and SOPs.

● ⁠Hands-on understanding of production processes and shop-floor operations.

● Good understanding of quality inspection and testing processes.

● Ability to read and understand BOMs, engineering drawings, Work Instruction Sheets

and process documents.

● Experience in identifying production and quality issues and coordinating their resolution.

● Good understanding of basic manufacturing and quality concepts such as 5S, 4M,

CAPA, RCA, FIFO, rejection analysis and process control.

● Good communication and coordination skills, as the role will require daily interaction with

the EMS production, quality, stores and procurement teams.

● Co-ordination with CFT and suppliers to resolve Quality issues swiftly and effectively.

● Conduct regular audits and develop EMS vendors to meet the highest standards.

What We’re Looking For:

● 3–4 years of experience in Quality and production, ideally in electronics or

Automotive/EV manufacturing.





● Hands-on experience with inspection tools and a good understanding of

engineering drawings and specs.

● Positive understanding of EBOM and MBOM

● Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

● Candidates with experience in EMS/contract manufacturing, PCBA, electronics

assembly or EV/electrical equipment manufacturing will be preferred.

● The candidate should be comfortable working directly on the shop floor and

independently following up with different EMS functions.

● The ability to handle both Production and Quality responsibilities is an important

requirement for this role.

● Ability to coordinate with the vendor quality team and CFT.

● The candidate should preferably be based in Himachal Pradesh or be willing to

relocate to Baddi.

● Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Office tools
