Job Summary

Bethelon Technologies is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to support our business growth by identifying potential customers, understanding their business requirements, presenting suitable technology solutions, and converting qualified prospects into clients.

The selected candidate will work with businesses and individuals who may require digital and technology services such as website development, mobile application development, digital marketing, and SEO.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with potential customers through calls, online research, social media, referrals, and other appropriate channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technology or digital solutions.
- Explain Bethelon Technologies' website development, app development, digital marketing, and SEO services to prospective customers.
- Generate and manage business enquiries and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Prepare and share basic service information and proposals with potential customers.
- Coordinate with the technical and digital marketing team to understand project requirements and communicate them clearly to clients.
- Follow up with prospects and work towards converting qualified leads into customers.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, discussions, and conversions.
- Build skilled relationships with new and existing customers.




- Support the company in developing new business opportunities through local businesses, referrals, and online channels.
- Achieve agreed business development and customer acquisition targets.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and explain services clearly.
- Confidence in speaking with prospective customers.
- Basic knowledge of website development, mobile applications, digital marketing, or SEO is an advantage.
- Basic computer and internet skills.
- Willingness to learn technology and digital services.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with prior experience in sales, business development, digital marketing, or IT services may also apply.
