We are looking for a tech-savvy MIS & Automation professional who can go beyond traditional Excel-based reporting.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Advanced Excel, AI tools, data automation, dashboards, Power BI and business reporting, with the ability to identify manual processes and convert them into effective, automated systems.

This role is suitable for someone who enjoys working with data, technology, automation and business systems rather than only performing routine MIS/data-entry work.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and manage daily, weekly and monthly Sales, Purchase, Stock, Inventory and Business MIS reports.
- Develop automated reports and dashboards for management decision-making.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and other business AI tools to improve reporting, data analysis and workflow efficiency.
- Automate repetitive Excel and reporting processes wherever possible.
- Work extensively with Advanced Excel, including XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, Dynamic Arrays, Power Query and other advanced functions.
- Create and maintain Google Sheets-based automation and reporting systems.
- Develop dashboards using Power BI or similar BI tools.
- Analyse business data and provide meaningful insights, trends and exceptions to management.
- Work with sales, inventory, accounts and operations data to identify errors, gaps and performance issues.




- Support integration of ERP, CRM, Inventory and Sales systems with reporting requirements.
- Work with APIs/data exports where required to automate data collection and reporting.
- Maintain data accuracy and develop systems to reduce manual errors.
- Identify inefficient processes and suggest practical technology-based solutions.
- Coordinate with software/development teams for reporting, API and system requirements.

Who We Are Looking For

We are NOT looking for a traditional data-entry/MIS candidate whose work is limited to preparing routine Excel reports.

We are looking for someone who can think:

“Can this process be automated?”
“Can AI make this faster?”
“Can we build a dashboard instead of preparing this report manually?”

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
