We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter with prior HR/recruitment experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be fluent in Hindi, with the ability to communicate effectively with candidates from different regions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the selection and joining process.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
Handle candidate queries and provide timely communication.
Meet recruitment targets and achieve hiring requirements within timelines.
Maintain good relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Assist with basic HR activities and employee documentation when required.
Mandatory Requirements
Fluent Hindi speaking is mandatory.
1–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, talent acquisition,
or a related HR role.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
Ability to handle multiple vacancies and candidates simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Candidates with experience using job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc. will be preferred.
Good follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Preferred Skills
Experience in bulk hiring or target-based recruitment.
Knowledge of sourcing techniques and candidate screening.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of basic HR processes and documentation.
