Position: US IT Recruiter
Experience Required: 1.8+ Years – 4 Years
Location: Pune (Work from Office + Work from Home Hybrid)
Compensation: Up to ₹8 LPA (Including 10% Variable Pay)

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented US IT Recruiter with 1.8+ years of experience in the US staffing industry. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment supporting US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US-based IT positions.
- Source, screen, evaluate, and submit qualified candidates through various job portals and networking platforms.
- Conduct preliminary interviews to assess technical skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate compensation, rate discussions, and facilitate offer management.
- Maintain recruiter activity, candidate pipelines, and status updates in ATS/CRM systems.
- Meet recruitment targets and client SLAs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1.8+ years – 4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment/Staffing.
- Strong understanding of US recruitment processes and IT technologies.
- Experience with sourcing through job portals such as Dice, Monster,



CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed.
- Ability to recruit for various IT skill sets including Developers, Cloud Engineers, Data Engineers, QA, DevOps, Business Analysts, and other technology professionals.
- Excellent stakeholder management and candidate engagement skills.
- Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written) are mandatory.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Shift Timings

- 5:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST
- Work from Office: 5:30 PM IST to 9:00 PM IST
- Break: 9:00 PM IST to 10:30 PM IST
- Work from Home: 10:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST
