Job description:

Job Opening: Sales Manager – Field Sales (Solar Industry)*

Location:* Noida, Sector-64

Working Area:* Delhi NCR

Industry:* Solar Energy

Salary Up to ₹30000 per month (Based on experience) plus commissions.

Mandatory:* Two-wheeler (Bike) with valid driving license

Job Responsibilities:*

Handle field sales activities for solar products and projects

Generate current leads and develop business across Delhi NCR

Meet potential clients, give product presentations & close deals

Manage channel partners, dealers & installers

Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals

Coordinate with technical & installation teams for smooth execution

Maintain client relationships and ensure post-sales support

Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and market feedback

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in field sales (Solar preferred)

Strong communication & negotiation skills

Knowledge of solar rooftop / solar solutions is an advantage

Self-motivated, target-oriented and ready for field work

Must own a bike and be willing to travel across NCR

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
