Required Sales Supervisor – Project Sales with experience of 5 to 6 years in sales, preferably in project sales / building materials / construction-related products.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing dealers across Ahmedabad.
- Identify and appoint new dealers/distributors to expand market coverage.
- Conduct regular dealer and market visits across assigned areas.
- Generate sales orders and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Monitor dealer-wise sales, stock levels, outstanding payments, and collections.
- Communicate company schemes, offers, pricing, and new product launches to dealers.
- Coordinate with dealers and internal teams to ensure timely product supply.
- Monitor competitor activities,



market prices, and customer demand.
- Resolve dealer complaints and provide effective sales support.
- Track daily field activities and prepare regular sales reports.
- Coordinate with sales executives/representatives and guide them toward target achievement.
- Ensure proper market coverage across all major areas of Ahmedabad.
- Develop recent business opportunities and increase sales volume from the dealer network.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
