SALES / Executive / MANAGER – HOME APPLIANCES & ELECTRONICS

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead sales and business development for home appliances and electronic products, including air coolers and related consumer durable products. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing dealer and distributor networks, managing key accounts, and expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Drive sales of air coolers, home appliances, and electronic consumer products across assigned markets.
- Develop and manage a solid network of dealers, distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
- Identify new markets, territories, dealers, and business opportunities to increase sales and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and key customers.
- Manage primary and secondary sales and ensure effective product availability across the market.
- Set sales targets for the sales team and monitor performance against targets.
- Lead, motivate, and train sales executives and field sales teams to improve productivity.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor sales activities, product visibility, competitor pricing, and market trends.
- Plan and execute dealer schemes, promotional activities, product launches, and seasonal sales campaigns.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, schemes, distribution strategies, and customer preferences.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, finance, and service teams to ensure timely product supply and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels at distributor/dealer locations and ensure optimum stock availability.
- Handle customer and channel-partner issues and ensure timely resolution.




- Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collection from channel partners.
- Prepare sales forecasts, market reports, MIS, and regular performance reports for management.
- Participate in exhibitions, dealer meets, product demonstrations, and promotional events.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets while maintaining healthy margins and strong channel relationships.

Required Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in home appliances, consumer electronics, air coolers, fans, electrical products, or consumer durables.
- Experience in dealer/distributor/channel sales is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new markets.
- Experience in managing and motivating a field sales team.
- Strong knowledge of local/ regional markets and distribution networks.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Educational Qualification

- Graduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Sales will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
