Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic, confident, and smart Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team, coordinating with customers, managing follow-ups, and ensuring smooth execution of sales activities.

Freshers are welcome to apply! Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, customer handling, telecalling, or back-office sales will also be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the sales team and customers on a daily basis.
- Make regular follow-up calls with existing and potential customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely information.
- Maintain customer details, follow-up records, and sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and dispatch.
- Track pending enquiries, orders, and customer requirements.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly sales MIS and reports.




- Support the sales team in achieving business targets.
- Maintain professional communication with customers through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of assigned tasks.

Requirements

- Minimum Graduation required.
- Freshers and candidates with 1–2 years of experience can apply.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Should be active, smart, confident, and presentable.
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
- Should be comfortable making calls and following up with customers.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.
