Inmark Exports Pvt. Ltd., a Government-recognised Star Export House, is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Production for our manufacturing unit at Kasna, Greater Noida.

Key Responsibilities

* Production planning and order follow-up

* Coordinate PPC, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Packing & vendors

* Monitor planned vs. actual production

* Ensure timely completion of export orders

* Coordinate job workers and outsourced processes

* Maintain quality and production schedules

* ⁠Manage and motivate labour to deliver production as per agreed time lines.

Candidate Profile

* Engineering Degree – Mandatory

* 6-9 years’ experience in production/manufacturing

* Experience in handicrafts, home décor, paper products, lighting or export manufacturing preferred

* Must have hands-on knowledge of ERP systems

* Robust production planning, coordination and follow-up skills

* Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets

* Hands-on, responsible and results-oriented

* ⁠Must have own conveyance

* ⁠Job is located in Inmark factory at Greater Noida.

Salary: ₹5–8 LPA, depending on experience
