Position: Quality Control Executive / QC Technician

Job Responsibilities

- Inspect and test incoming raw materials, in-process materials, and finished compostable products.
- Conduct quality tests such as thickness, GSM, tensile strength, elongation, seal strength, dart impact, COF, and visual inspection.
- Monitor product quality during extrusion, film blowing, bag making, sealing, and cutting processes.
- Ensure products meet defined quality standards, specifications, and customer requirements.
- Maintain QC testing records, inspection reports, and quality documentation.
- Identify quality deviations, defects, rejection, and process-related issues and report them to the Production/QA team.
- Coordinate with Production to take corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct regular sampling and inspection of production batches.




- Ensure proper calibration and handling of QC instruments and testing equipment.
- Monitor production parameters and support continuous improvement in product quality.
- Follow company SOPs, safety requirements, 5S, and quality procedures.

Required Skills & Qualification

- Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. Chemistry, Polymer, Plastics, or relevant technical qualification.
- Experience: 2–5 years in QC/QA, preferably in bioplastic, compostable, plastic film, packaging, or manufacturing industries.
- Knowledge of quality testing instruments and basic laboratory procedures.
- Positive understanding of production processes and quality standards.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
