Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented IT Marketing Executive with a minimum of 3–4 years of experience in IT marketing. The candidate will be responsible for promoting the company's IT products and services, generating qualified leads, developing client relationships, and supporting business growth.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of the IT industry, strong communication skills, and hands-on experience in B2B marketing and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the company's IT products and services.
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, email marketing, social media, networking, references, and other channels.
- Identify and target potential customers and new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to understand customer requirements, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Contact prospective clients and introduce the company's IT products and services.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical/sales team to provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, quotations, company profiles, and other marketing materials.
- Follow up regularly with leads and prospective clients to convert opportunities into business.
- Maintain and update customer, prospect, and lead databases.
- Support digital marketing activities including social media, SEO, email campaigns, content marketing, and online promotions.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up and lead conversion.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Participate in exhibitions, seminars, conferences, networking events, and client meetings.
- Monitor competitors and identify new opportunities for business development.
- Prepare regular reports on lead generation, marketing activities, client meetings, and conversions.
- Achieve assigned marketing and lead-generation targets.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in IT Marketing / B2B Marketing.
- Good understanding of IT products, software, services, and technology solutions.
- Proven experience in lead generation and business development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of digital marketing platforms and social media.
- Ability to identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM, email marketing, and basic marketing tools.
- Strong follow-up skills and a target-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities when required.
