We are looking for a confident and friendly Telecaller to join our Travel & Tours team. The candidate will be responsible for speaking with customers, understanding their travel requirements, handling inquiries, and following up with interested clients. You will coordinate with the travel team to ensure customer requirements are properly communicated and followed up.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers regarding travel inquiries.
- Handle customer inquiries related to domestic and international travel.
- Understand customers' travel preferences, requirements, budget, and expected travel dates.
- Collect the necessary details from customers and share them with the travel/package team.
- Follow up with customers regarding their travel inquiries and proposed packages.
- Maintain accurate records of customer details, requirements, calls, and follow-ups.
- Respond professionally to customer questions and provide basic information about travel services.
- Maintain regular communication with interested customers and update lead status.
- Work towards assigned calling and follow-up targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, travel, or a similar role.
- Positive verbal communication skills in English and Hindi/Punjabi.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic understanding or interest in travel and tourism.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to maintain customer records and follow up regularly.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred
- Previous experience in a travel agency or travel-related company will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with domestic and international travel destinations is a plus.
