Job Summary

Chandigarh University is seeking an experienced and agile Manager – International Affairs to manage international student recruitment, admissions, partnerships, and day-to-day operations of the International Department. The role will focus on expanding international outreach, strengthening global partnerships, improving student enrolment, and ensuring a smooth experience for international students.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of the International Affairs Department.
- Develop and execute strategies for international student recruitment and enrolment across assigned regions.
- Manage relationships with international education consultants, agents, universities, schools, and institutional partners.
- Drive lead generation, student counselling, application processing, conversion, and enrolment activities.
- Monitor admission targets, recruitment pipelines, conversion ratios, and regional performance.
- Coordinate with Admissions, Visa,



Finance, Accommodation, Academics, and Student Support teams.

Eligibility & Experience

- Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Management, International Business, Education, Marketing, International Relations, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 5–8 years of relevant experience in international admissions, student recruitment, international education, business development, or university operations.
- Experience in managing international student recruitment and overseas education markets will be preferred.
- Experience in team handling and achieving admission/recruitment targets.
- Strong knowledge of CRM, MIS, MS Excel, and digital recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally for recruitment activities and institutional partnerships.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
