Job Responsibilities

- Assist customers with loan processing for plot purchases and related real estate transactions.
- Handle Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and other loan products.
- Coordinate with partnered banks and financial institutions for loan approvals and disbursements.
- Manage loan documentation, application filing, and follow-ups.
- Guide customers through the complete loan process, from application to disbursement.
- Ensure smooth coordination between customers, banks, and the internal sales team.

Candidate Requirements

- Robust knowledge of loan products, eligibility, documentation, and approval processes.
- Experience in handling bank loans and customer loan assistance.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage loan files and follow up independently.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
