Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate, skilled, and student-focused Primary English Teacher who can foster strong language foundations, reading habits, writing skills, and confident communication among young learners. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, patience, strong classroom management skills, and alignment with CBSE pedagogy.

Key Responsibilities - Teaching & Learning

- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with CBSE curriculum and learning outcomes.
- Develop students’ reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills through interactive methodologies.
- Use phonics, storytelling, dramatization, guided reading, and activity-based learning strategies.
- Promote vocabulary development, grammar accuracy, handwriting, and creative expression.
- Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs.

Assessment & Academic Support

- Design worksheets, formative assessments, and periodic tests.
- Evaluate student work and provide constructive feedback to support improvement.
- Maintain accurate academic records and student progress reports.
- Identify learning gaps and provide remedial support.

Student Development





- Encourage confidence, discipline, values, and communication etiquette.
- Support students’ emotional and social development.
- Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.

Parent & School Engagement

- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and concerns.
- Participate in PTMs, school events, training programs, and academic planning.
- Collaborate with coordinators and subject teams for curriculum alignment.

Innovation & Technology

- Integrate digital tools, smart boards, and educational resources into teaching.
- Apply experiential learning and NEP-aligned teaching practices.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in English or Education.
- B.Ed / D.El.Ed preferred.
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience at the primary level (CBSE preferred).
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Passion for child-centered teaching.
