Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior HVAC Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in HVAC design, engineering calculations, project coordination, and MEP consultancy projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop HVAC systems for commercial, residential, hospitality, and other building projects.
- Perform heat load calculations and HVAC system sizing.
- Prepare and review HVAC layouts, schematics, and detailed drawings.
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and technical specifications.
- Review HVAC designs and drawings for accuracy, compliance, and constructability.
- Coordinate HVAC systems with Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Architectural disciplines.
- Conduct technical discussions with clients, consultants, and project teams.
- Review shop drawings and provide technical support during project execution.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards,



and project requirements.
- Guide and mentor junior engineers and design team members.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of HVAC design and MEP engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
- Good understanding of HVAC calculations, equipment selection, duct design, and piping systems.
- Experience in preparing BOQ and cost estimates.
- Solid knowledge of relevant HVAC standards and codes.
- Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.

Qualification

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Experience

Minimum 08 years of relevant experience in HVAC design, MEP consultancy, or building services engineering.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per year
