Drive sales growth by achieving primary and secondary sales targets, expanding market coverage, managing distributors, ensuring timely collections, maintaining inventory and sales MIS, monitoring performance, ensuring compliance with company processes, and building strong customer relationships to support long-term business growth.
Fluency in Malayalam & English.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Open-minded with a willingness to travel extensively.
Positive analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and distribution.
Experience in the FMCG or food ingredients industry is preferred.
Knowledge of the bakery ingredients industry will be an added advantage.
Proven ability to develop customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
