- Food Preparation: Wash, peel, chop, slice, and weigh ingredients like vegetables, meats, and fish according to recipes.
- Mise en Place: Set up and stock the assigned kitchen station with all necessary tools and food items before service.
- Kitchen Assistance: Support senior chefs (like Chef de Partie or Commis 1) during busy service hours and help cook basic dishes.
- Hygiene and Safety: Clean and disinfect workstations, follow food safety rules, and store food properly using the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, label food containers with dates, and report shortages to senior staff.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
