We are looking for a dedicated and result-driven professional to lead the implementation of DDU-GKY (Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana) projects across Manipur. The role requires strong coordination with government bodies, effective team management, and ensuring compliance with all program guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complete execution of DDU-GKY projects in Manipur
- Coordinate with State Rural Livelihood Mission (SRLM) and government officials
- Ensure adherence to DDU-GKY guidelines, SOPs, and compliance standards
- Supervise training centers, mobilization activities, and placement processes
- Monitor targets for enrollment, training completion, certification, and placements
- Maintain MIS, reports, and documentation as per project requirements
- Handle audits, inspections, and monitoring visits
- Build employer connections for placement opportunities
- Manage and guide state-level team and center staff
- Ensure quality training delivery and candidate satisfaction
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in skill development projects (DDU-GKY preferred)
- Good understanding of government schemes and compliance systems
- Experience in team management and operations
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to travel across Manipur

Preferred Candidate Profile
