Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with customers in Kannada and understand their requirements.
- Explain our products and services clearly and confidently.
- Engage with potential and existing customers through calls and other communication channels.
- Follow up with customers regularly and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Address basic customer queries and provide appropriate information.
- Generate customer interest and support the sales team in converting leads.
- Achieve assigned customer engagement and sales targets.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and feedback.

Required Skills

- Excellent Kannada speaking skills are mandatory.
- Good Kannada reading and writing skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to confidently interact with customers over the phone.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Candidates should be comfortable working with targets.
- Basic knowledge of English is an added advantage.
