Job Purpose
To own and elevate Spree's visual storytelling and content ecosystem across social media and website, ensuring brand consistency, high-quality execution, and measurable engagement that drives awareness, trust, and conversion.
Social Media Management
- Plan the monthly content calendar (primary: Instagram, Facebook)
- Execute posts, reels, and stories (2-3 feed posts, 5-7 stories, 1-2 reels per week).
- Write captions in Spree's brand tone.Manage community engagement and DMs.
- Identify and adapt to trends.
Content Creation & Visual Direction
- Plan and execute in-house product and lifestyle shoots.
- Film and edit reels.
- Maintain a brand-consistent editing style and create reusable templates.
- Build a structured content archive.
- Deliver campaign shoot assets within 5 working days and reel edits within 48 hours.
Website Content & Catalogue Management
- Liaise with agency to upload new products (images, descriptions, tags, pricing).
- Ensure category consistency across the catalogue.
- Create homepage banners for campaigns.
- Maintain catalogue hygiene (broken links, sold-out products, typos).
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Align the content calendar with the marketing calendar.
- Coordinate creatives with the Digital Marketing Executive.
- Ensure website banners and social content are visually aligned.
Ownership vs Support
- Fully owned: Social calendar & execution, in-house shoots, product uploads, visual asset management.
- Cooperative: Campaign messaging, email copy,
banner updates.
- Advisory: Trend recommendations, creative campaign concepts, community engagement strategy.
Technical / Functional Skills
- Proficiency with Instagram and social scheduling.
- Photography, reel filming, and editing (Canva, Photoshop, Lightroom, basic video tools).
- Basic Google Analytics (view-level) and Meta Business Suite understanding of content performance.

Key Requirements
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience managing social media for a brand
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Creative thinking with attention to design and detail
- Strong visual sensibility and an eye for detail
- Comfortable with Canva, Capcut, InShorts, Lightroom, and video editing tools preferred
- Confident with Instagram reels, storytelling, and content pacing
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple content streams
