About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and highly connected HR Community Outreach Manager to build, engage, and grow our HR leadership community across industries and geographies.

The role will be responsible for developing solid relationships with CHROs, HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, L&D; Leaders, People & Culture Leaders, and Early Career/Talent Leaders, while driving participation across HR Roundtables, Chapter Meets, Leadership Programs, HR Summits, Awards, and other community initiatives.

The ideal candidate should be a strong communicator, relationship builder, and event/community professional who enjoys interacting with senior HR leaders and creating meaningful industry connections.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Community Development & Outreach

- Build and continuously expand the HR Community across cities, industries, and organizations.
- Identify and onboard senior HR professionals including CHROs, HR Heads, VPs, Talent Acquisition, L&D;, People & Culture and Talent Leaders.
- Develop long-term relationships with HR leaders and community members.
- Drive community membership, participation, referrals, and engagement.
- Maintain a strong database of HR professionals, organizations, and industry contacts.
- Develop city-wise and industry-wise HR networks.

2. HR Roundtables

- Plan and execute HR Roundtables across cities and industry sectors.
- Identify relevant HR leaders and invite them as participants, speakers, moderators, and knowledge partners.
- Ensure quality participation and meaningful discussions.
- Prepare post-event reports, insights, participant feedback, and follow-up actions.
- Build relationships with participating organizations for future community engagement.

3. HR Chapter Meets

- Establish and manage city/region-wise HR Chapters.
- Plan regular Chapter Meets, networking sessions, leadership interactions, and knowledge-sharing activities.

4. HR Summit & Flagship Events





- Support end-to-end planning and execution of the Annual HR Summit and other flagship HR events.
- Coordinate with speakers, panelists, moderators, corporate partners, sponsors, and delegates.
- Drive HR leader nominations, registrations, participation, and attendance.
- Support agenda development, panel discussions, networking sessions, awards, and community activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external event partners for smooth execution.

5. Corporate & HR Leader Engagement

- Build relationships with HR departments across diverse industries.
- Identify organizations for community partnerships, hiring initiatives, HR programs, roundtables, and knowledge collaborations.
- Develop corporate engagement opportunities through the HR Community.
- Facilitate introductions between HR leaders, institutions, students, and industry stakeholders wherever relevant.
- Maintain regular engagement with key HR accounts and decision-makers.

6. Community Programs & Initiatives

Promote and coordinate participation in various HR Community initiatives, including:

- HR Development Programs & Certifications
- Global HR Leadership Programs
- HR Roundtables
- HR Chapter Meets
- HR Connect @ Campus
- One Corporate One Hiring
- Career Talks
- Job Fairs
- Mentorship Programs
- HR Articles & Knowledge Contributions
- HR Awards
- HR Summit & Conferences
- Industry Networking Programs

7. Communication & Content

- Develop outreach communication for HR leaders through email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Prepare event invitations, speaker communication, follow-ups, and community updates.
- Coordinate with the content/marketing team for newsletters, social media campaigns, event promotions, and HR insights.
- Encourage HR leaders to contribute articles, insights, case studies, and knowledge sessions.





8. Data Management & Reporting

- Maintain an updated database of HR leaders, organizations, chapters, and community members.
- Track outreach, invitations, confirmations, attendance, engagement, and conversions.
- Prepare monthly reports on community growth and engagement.
- Maintain city-wise and industry-wise engagement dashboards.
- Track KPIs for Roundtables, Chapter Meets, Summit participation, and corporate engagement.

- Strong event planning and coordination skills.
- Good understanding of HR, Talent Acquisition, L&D;, People & Culture, and emerging workforce trends.
- Strong follow-up and stakeholder management skills.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple events and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM/database tools.
- Active understanding of LinkedIn and professional networking platforms.
- Strong ownership, execution orientation, and result-driven mindset.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in HR community building, B2B outreach, corporate relations, HR events, conferences, professional associations, or industry engagement.
- Existing network among HR professionals will be an advantage.
- Experience working with senior leadership/CHRO-level stakeholders will be preferred.
- Experience managing multi-city events or communities will be an added advantage.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is someone who can connect with people, build relationships, create communities, and convert relationships into meaningful engagement.

This is not purely an event-management role. The person will be expected to own the HR Community, continuously grow the network, keep members engaged, and create opportunities for HR leaders to Collaborate. Connect. Create Impact.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
