Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Fashion Faculty to train students in fashion design, garment construction, and industry-relevant fashion software and techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct practical and theory-based training in Fashion Design.
- Teach fashion illustration, garment construction, pattern making, and textile fundamentals.
- Train students on relevant fashion design software and digital tools.
- Develop lesson plans, assignments, projects, and practical exercises.
- Guide students in developing portfolios and industry-oriented projects.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with current fashion trends,
techniques, and industry practices.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Fashion Design and Garment Construction.
- Expertise in Pattern Making, Fashion Illustration, and Textile Design.
- Knowledge of fashion design software such as CLO 3D, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW or similar tools.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Qualification
- Diploma/Degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Technology, Apparel Design, or a related field.
