PROCESS EXECUTIVE – TELE SALES / TELE CALLING (TRAINEE)

Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic freshers/trainees to join our Tele Sales team. Candidates will receive training in customer communication, lead generation, follow-ups, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound and handle inbound customer calls.
- Generate leads and identify potential customers.
- Explain products/services to customers.
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Update customer details in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team.

Skills Required:





- Good communication and listening skills.
- Malayalam & English communication preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Confident, positive and target-oriented.
- Willingness to learn and grow in sales.
