Job Summary

We are looking for a Cash Collection Executive to join our team in Karur. The candidate will be responsible for visiting customers, collecting outstanding payments, maintaining collection records, and ensuring timely deposit of collected cash.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit customers and collect outstanding payments as per the assigned schedule.
- Handle cash, cheque, and other payment collections professionally.
- Maintain accurate daily collection records and submit collection reports.
- Deposit collected cash/cheques within the stipulated time.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending and overdue payments.
- Maintain good relationships with customers while handling collections.
- Coordinate with the accounts and sales teams regarding payment status.
- Ensure all collection-related documents and receipts are properly maintained.




- Meet assigned daily and monthly collection targets.
- Report any payment issues or customer concerns to the concerned manager.

Requirements

- 12th pass / Diploma / Any Degree.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience in collections, field sales, delivery, or related roles can apply.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of cash handling and record keeping.
- Willingness to travel within Karur and nearby areas.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence preferred.
- Should be responsible, punctual, and comfortable with field work.
