We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with 1+ years of experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of IT requirements, excellent communication skills, and the ability to source and close candidates for various technical positions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment processes.
- Understand and analyze technical job descriptions and IT requirements.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, and notice period.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Work on multiple IT requirements simultaneously and meet hiring targets.




- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

Required Skills:

- 1+ years of experience in IT Recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of IT technologies, roles, and technical requirements.
- Good understanding of skills such as SAP, Java, .NET, Cloud, Data, DevOps, Cybersecurity, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn and Naukri sourcing.
- Ability to understand complex IT job descriptions quickly.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Target-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
