Job Summary

- Position: Digital Marketing Executive
- Industry: Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) / Construction
- Reports To: Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing
- Objective: To increase online visibility, drive lead generation, and enhance brand engagement through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation & B2B Marketing: Utilize LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and SEO to generate leads in the industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.
- Content Creation & Management: Create, curate, and optimize content for the company website, including technical case studies, brochures, and blog posts.
- Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies to boost online presence, focusing on LinkedIn for B2B engagement.
- SEO/SEM: Conduct keyword research, on-page, and off-page optimization to improve search engine rankings.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, track KPIs (like CPC, CTR, conversion rates), and provide monthly reports.
- Collaboration: Work with sales and engineering teams to ensure marketing materials are accurate and effective. Digital Waffle +6

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education:



Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, with experience in the construction or industrial B2B sector strongly preferred.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads: Hands-on experience.
- Google Analytics & SEO tools: (e.g., SEMrush, Moz).
- CMS (WordPress): To maintain the company website.
- Email Marketing: (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven workplace

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of the PEB industry, construction, or manufacturing sector.
- Basic graphic design (Canva) or video editing skills for creating social media content
