About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Instructional Design Intern who is passionate
about education, learning design, and content creation. The intern will work
closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop engaging and
high-quality course materials for multiple domains such as Data Science,
Software Development, Business, Marketing, Finance, and Management.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates or final-year students who want to start
their career in EdTech, curriculum design, or learning experience
development, with an opportunity to gain multi-domain exposure.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Development Support
- Assist SMEs in preparing structured learning content including
presentations, notes, and video scripts.
- Support during recording sessions by helping plan flow, learner
examples, and recording setup.
- Document video editing requirements and coordinate with the media
team for post-production.
2. Quality and Review
- Review and format content for clarity, consistency, and learner
engagement.
- Ensure that content is reviewed and approved by SMEs before
submission.
3. Assessment and Assignment Creation
- Draft assignments, quizzes, and test questions aligned with course
learning outcomes.
- Suggest interactive learning ideas and practical examples to enhance
learner experience.
4. Multi-Domain Adaptability
- Be flexible to work on different subjects and domains based on
project requirements.
- Quickly understand current topics with guidance from SMEs and content
leads.
- Maintain accuracy and instructional quality while adapting to different
knowledge areas.
5. Project Ownership
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver them within deadlines.
