As a Techno-Functional leader, you will act as the key bridge between business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical development teams. You will be responsible for gathering business requirements, designing scalable solutions, configuring Oracle applications, and ensuring seamless integration across Oracle and third-party systems. A robust understanding of Oracle APIs, SOA architecture, web services, integration frameworks, data migration, and custom development approaches is essential for success in this role.
In addition, the Manager role requires leadership capabilities to drive project delivery, manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with global stakeholders, and ensure successful execution of full lifecycle implementations. You will oversee solution architecture, testing strategies, deployment activities, risk management, and post-go-live support while ensuring adherence to Oracle best practices and organizational standards.
