JOB DESCRIPTION – CRICKET ACADEMY MANAGER

Position: Cricket Academy Manager
Department: Sports / Cricket Academy
Location: SAGE Sports Cricket Stadium, River Front, Near Chatori Gali, 1090 Chauraha, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh

Experience: 5–7 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of SAGE Sports Cricket Academy & Stadium.
- Supervise and coordinate ground staff and ensure proper allocation of duties.
- Manage sports equipment and inventory, including stock records and timely replenishment.
- Handle ground booking schedules and coordinate with teams, coaches, and other users.
- Oversee cricket pitch preparation and maintenance, ensuring the ground is match and practice-ready.
- Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of the cricket ground, practice nets, and academy facilities.
- Coordinate with cricket coaches regarding training schedules, matches, and ground requirements.
- Monitor the availability, condition, and safe use of cricket equipment.
- Maintain records related to bookings, inventory, maintenance, and academy activities.
- Ensure compliance with academy rules,



safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Coordinate with management for smooth functioning of the academy and timely resolution of operational issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; Sports Management background will be an advantage.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in a cricket academy, sports facility, ground management, or similar operations.
- Good knowledge of cricket ground and pitch maintenance.
- Strong team management and coordination skills.
- Valuable organizational and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of inventory and record management.
- Ability to manage multiple operational activities efficiently.
