Job Summary:

Balaji Marketing Experts is looking for a dynamic, confident, and target-driven Field Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing digital marketing agency. In this role, you will be responsible for visiting local businesses, pitching our digital marketing solutions, and converting leads into clients. If you have great communication skills and a passion for sales in the digital space, we would love to have you on board!

Key Responsibilities:

- Field Visits & Client Acquisition: Visit local businesses, merchants, and store owners in the assigned market areas to pitch our digital marketing services.
- Service Pitching & Explanation: Effectively explain our core services to prospective clients, including Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, Brand Promotions, Video Editing, Website Development, and Local SEO.
- Lead Generation & Conversion:



Build relationships with business owners, understand their marketing needs, pitch customized packages, and successfully close deals.
- Market Research: Identify potential business sectors and market trends in the local region to generate new business opportunities.
- Reporting: Maintain daily logs of client visits, follow-ups, and conversion statuses.

Requirements & Skills:

- Proven experience in field sales, direct marketing, B2B sales, or business development (Digital Marketing background is a plus).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Confident personality with a go-getter attitude and passion for field work.
- Must be comfortable with local field traveling in Delhi.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and high confidence are also welcome to apply.
