### Founder’s Office – AI & Innovation

We’re looking for a *curious, tech-savvy and highly proactive individual* to work closely with the Founder on business initiatives, AI-driven projects and new technology-led ideas.

This role is for someone who enjoys *building, experimenting and figuring things out* — from using AI tools and automating workflows to exploring current technologies and creating practical AI solutions for the business.

*What you’ll do:*

* Work closely with the Founder on strategic, technology and business projects.

* Explore and implement *AI tools, platforms and workflows* to improve productivity and business processes.

* Build AI-based solutions, prototypes, automations and internal tools.

* Experiment with *GenAI, LLMs, AI agents, APIs and emerging technologies*.

* Identify opportunities where AI can be used across content, marketing, creator management, operations and business development.

* Work with developers/engineers or independently build basic technical solutions and prototypes.

* Research new AI products, technologies and trends and evaluate how they can be applied to the business.

* Convert ideas into working experiments, proof-of-concepts and scalable solutions.

* Support the Founder with research,



presentations, analysis and special projects.

* Take ownership of projects from *idea → execution → testing → improvement*.

*What we’re looking for:*

* 1–3 years of experience in *AI, technology, engineering, product, automation, startups or a similar role*.

* Hands-on experience working with *AI tools and technologies*, not just theoretical knowledge.

* Ability to build or prototype AI-based solutions using tools, APIs, no-code/low-code platforms or code.

* Understanding of *LLMs, prompt engineering, AI automation, APIs and AI agents* is a strong plus.

* Basic programming/engineering knowledge in Python, JavaScript or similar is preferred.

* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

* Someone who is extremely curious, quick to learn and comfortable experimenting with new technology.

* Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical ideas in simple terms.

* A *builder mindset* — someone who sees a problem and thinks, “Can we build something for this?”

*Experience:* 1–3 years

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
