Job Summary

Macadamia Creatives is looking for a confident, dynamic, and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in outdoor sales, field sales, business development, or client acquisition.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, meeting potential clients, presenting our creative and digital marketing services, generating qualified leads, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and direct client outreach.
- Research and approach potential clients across Kochi and nearby areas.
- Promote and present Macadamia Creatives’ branding, creative, and digital marketing services.
- Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Schedule and conduct face-to-face client meetings and presentations.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable marketing solutions.
- Follow up consistently with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Coordinate with the internal creative and marketing teams to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client meetings,



follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in outdoor sales, field sales, business development, or client acquisition.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Confident and comfortable conducting face-to-face client meetings.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Professional approach with excellent client-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel across Kochi and nearby areas for client meetings.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
